Hi all. I want to take this opportunity to thank the staff at the reception who carefully attended my requests. Overall the hotel is excellent in so many ways. The room, the service, the breakfast, the cleanliness and staff goes way beyond my expectations for the 3* hotel. The location is top notch for business and leisure travel. For the picky traveller like I am the hotel exceeded my expectations. The coffee during breakfast was particularly good. Variety of morning pastry is sufficient to have a good start of your day. For a business traveler I would mention good soundproofness of the room as well. So I would rate this hotel 4+. Just go for it. This hotel will be my choice for my next travel to Geneva definitely.

Room was quite spacious, as I was upgraded. Initially I was on the street side with early morning street noise, which didn't work for me as I was traveling for business. Staff switched me to a room facing the courtyard, which was perfect! Bath was also perfect, though I could see that the high step would be a challenge for small children. Room was clean and comfortable, if a tad too warm due to a hot water pipe running through the bathroom--but opening a window easily addressed this issue. Breakfast was good, with numerous choices, many fresh. Staff were welcoming and attentive.

Great location. It was very close to transport and shops, and attractions such as the UN were easily accessible using the free transport. I could walk to the lake in 10 to 15 minutes. I could walk to the old city in about 20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was there over Easter and they left out an abundant supply of free mini eggs.Lovely! I had a room facing inwards away from the street. At first I thought this would be awful but it was great because I was greeted each day by the sun and the sound of the birds in the trees below.

Loved the location, everything was so clean and it’s near the train station and city center. The hotel looks nice. People were so kind. We lost our flight and we stayed in Frankfurt without baggages and all for the night that we were supposed to stay in Geneva at this hotel, but in the morning when we finally arrived to Geneva, they were so nice to give us the room until checkout time and they also provided us breakfast! They helped us a lot because we needed to take a shower and change our clothes!

The room was modern, well-equipped, and impeccably clean, making my stay very comfortable. The best part was the location—just a short walk to local cafes, markets, and historical sites. It was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Thessaloniki. It truly enhanced my trip !

This is a well-kept, well-run modern hotel, clean and fairly stylish, in a convenient location. The room was large and the price seemed fair for Geneval. Above all I thought the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a good location in the Paquis district of Geneva. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped, including an electric jug so we could make cups of tea. The bathroom was well equipped with towels, including face cloths. Breakfast was good, including hot choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even fetching our car from the garage when we left. We were very happy with our stay.

Convenient location for transport into the city and for visiting the Lake. The staff were really friendly and helpful and even let us check-in early. The rooms are big and comfortable - the air conditioning was amazing during a heat wave. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. Lots of choice and all fresh and well-made. We were also given free transport cards for our stay. I don't know if that's common across Geneva? We found it really helpful and meant our journeys to and from the airport were free.

Everything was fantastic! My wife Anjana and I were truly impressed with the personal attention we received.
