Room was quite spacious, as I was upgraded. Initially I was on the street side with early morning street noise, which didn't work for me as I was traveling for business. Staff switched me to a room facing the courtyard, which was perfect! Bath was also perfect, though I could see that the high step would be a challenge for small children. Room was clean and comfortable, if a tad too warm due to a hot water pipe running through the bathroom--but opening a window easily addressed this issue. Breakfast was good, with numerous choices, many fresh. Staff were welcoming and attentive.

I consider this hotel not 3 star but like 5 star. Yes! Cosy, friendly, best location!!!! Real Feng Shui. Clean and quiet. We stayed there in two separate rooms (first and last floor). Everything exceeding a lot 3 stars. If You wander about cleanliness, quiet, everything is the best level (I'm a demanding person). We did not have breakfast- we had great kitchenette- everything new- kettle, toaster, microwave. Balcony- view. Great, great stay! Bed- King size and best I have lately slept. Shop nearby. Tram stop nearby. Short walk to a Geneva lake. Thank You Jade Hotel. I highly recommend. PS. Reading some low rated opinions I was afraid a bit. But all this was not true.

A super hotel situated in a quiet side street just a ten minute walk from the railway station. The reception team were all lovely, friendly and very helpful. Our room faced the garden, it was very quiet, very big, comfortable and clean. The hotel is just a five minute walk from the lake and a five minute walk (in the opposite direction) to plenty of good restaurants. Breakfast was also delicious. A perfect place to stay.

Loved the location, everything was so clean and it’s near the train station and city center. The hotel looks nice. People were so kind. We lost our flight and we stayed in Frankfurt without baggages and all for the night that we were supposed to stay in Geneva at this hotel, but in the morning when we finally arrived to Geneva, they were so nice to give us the room until checkout time and they also provided us breakfast! They helped us a lot because we needed to take a shower and change our clothes!
