Room was quite spacious, as I was upgraded. Initially I was on the street side with early morning street noise, which didn't work for me as I was traveling for business. Staff switched me to a room facing the courtyard, which was perfect! Bath was also perfect, though I could see that the high step would be a challenge for small children. Room was clean and comfortable, if a tad too warm due to a hot water pipe running through the bathroom--but opening a window easily addressed this issue. Breakfast was good, with numerous choices, many fresh. Staff were welcoming and attentive.

Great location. It was very close to transport and shops, and attractions such as the UN were easily accessible using the free transport. I could walk to the lake in 10 to 15 minutes. I could walk to the old city in about 20 minutes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was there over Easter and they left out an abundant supply of free mini eggs.Lovely! I had a room facing inwards away from the street. At first I thought this would be awful but it was great because I was greeted each day by the sun and the sound of the birds in the trees below.

Loved the location, everything was so clean and it’s near the train station and city center. The hotel looks nice. People were so kind. We lost our flight and we stayed in Frankfurt without baggages and all for the night that we were supposed to stay in Geneva at this hotel, but in the morning when we finally arrived to Geneva, they were so nice to give us the room until checkout time and they also provided us breakfast! They helped us a lot because we needed to take a shower and change our clothes!

Convenient location for transport into the city and for visiting the Lake. The staff were really friendly and helpful and even let us check-in early. The rooms are big and comfortable - the air conditioning was amazing during a heat wave. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. Lots of choice and all fresh and well-made. We were also given free transport cards for our stay. I don't know if that's common across Geneva? We found it really helpful and meant our journeys to and from the airport were free.

The hotel has a good location in the Paquis district of Geneva. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped, including an electric jug so we could make cups of tea. The bathroom was well equipped with towels, including face cloths. Breakfast was good, including hot choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even fetching our car from the garage when we left. We were very happy with our stay.

Everything was fantastic! My wife Anjana and I were truly impressed with the personal attention we received. Located in a quiet Geneva neighborhood, but just a 5 min walk to the lakefront with all its bustling activities and marina. The room had luxury touches throughout and was spotlessly clean. An easy 10 min walk from train station. Surrounded by multicultural eateries - I enjoyed the flavors of Ethiopia in the nearby Awash restaurant. The lady at the reception reminded me that the free public transport pass can also be used for the "yellow boats" or water taxis that take you across the lake for an enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at the Jade Manotel Hotel, and I must say that I was impressed with the quality of service and amenities provided. The room was clean, well-equipped, and featured a bathtub with salts and individual toiletries, which was a nice touch. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the room was warm and comfortable, which allowed me to relax and rest well. Overall, my experience at Jade Manotel Hotel was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.
